I have fed my dear dogs on this for many years. I only have my Saffron now and she is now 17, extremely active, plays on the beach and chases my daughter’s 2 yr old dog. She is only slow when she knows we are going home! ( protest) I am guessing her food has a lot to do with this. ( my older dog died at 19 a very happy and active guy until the day he died.

Good but sometimes there is quite a bit of sandy like residue of the kibble at the bottom of the bag which coats the solid kibble, that's why I have given 4 stars. Otherwise product is good.

My dog is shepherd and greyhound mix with a very sensitive belly. We rescued her as an adult and bless her she was throwing up everything.. we tried a few food brands and types until found one she could keep inside herself. After two years all of sudden her usual crunches wasn’t available anymore. I felt dread at the time! I was on a mission to find something for sensitive greyhound bellies in hopes Holly will be able to digest it easy. In my research I came across Country Pursuit. Bought a bag of original working dog food although Holly is unemployed couch surfer. She responded very well to it! It stayed in her and she loved the taste. Her fur turned shiny and her mood improved as well. I think it’s been about a year since the first bag she tried and we alternate original and maintenance working dog food - they are equally yummy. She loves the smell and eats even the last scrapes of the bag. The strong but kind of pleasant smell stays all the way unlike the old brand we used which evaporated when the bag was 1/3 empty. I’ll keep buying and recommend it to dogs with sensitive bellies. Might get premium option for Holly’s upcoming birthday because she’s a good girl!
