These Terms of Sale (“Conditions”) apply when you purchase products or services (“Products/Services”) from us via the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to place an order.


2. Prices, VAT and availability

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices, product descriptions and availability may change at any time. Images are illustrative only.

VAT exemption for working-dog food

Where Products are designated as VAT-free for working dogs, you confirm that the Products are intended for use as feed for working dogs in accordance with HMRC VAT Notice 701/15 (Animal Feeding Stuffs).

This relief does not apply to pet food for domestic or non-working use. We may request evidence. Incorrect declarations may result in VAT liability and penalties.


3. Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment providers to take payment.

If payment authorisation fails, we may cancel the order.

Overdue sums may attract interest at 3% per annum above NatWest Bank base rate, calculated daily.


4. How the contract is formed

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when Products are dispatched or Services confirmed.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payments made.


5. Delivery and risk

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once full payment is received.


6. Your legal rights (faulty or misdescribed goods)

We are legally obliged to supply goods that conform to the contract. If goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


7. Your right to cancel (consumers)

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation requests must be made by email or telephone. Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions apply, including perishable goods, opened sealed items, bespoke products and fully performed services.


8. Returns policy (summary)

  • Include order details and proof of postage

We may deduct for excessive handling.


9. Reviews and user content

Any reviews or uploaded content are governed by section 5 of the Website Terms of Use.


10. Our liability to you

Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach. We do not cover business losses.

For business customers, liability is limited to the price paid for the affected Products/Services.


11. Suspension, refusal or cancellation

We may refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, errors, stock limitations or breach of these Conditions. Any payments for cancelled items will be refunded.


12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Affected orders may be cancelled and refunded.


13. Personal data

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring.


14. General

Product specifications, prices and availability may change at any time. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

Contracts are concluded in English.
