What is your returns policy?

At Country Pursuit, we want you and your dog to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Because we sell pet food and treats, items must be sealed and unused to be eligible for return.

What items can be returned?

To qualify for a return, products must be:


  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

How do I arrange a return?

When will my refund be processed?

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help speed things along.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Yes. We’re unable to accept returns on opened food products, unless they are faulty or damaged.
