Yes. There’s a simple three-order minimum to get you started. After that, you can pause, change or cancel at any time. It’s designed to give you space to see what works for your dog without being locked in.

All subscription orders are delivered by Fedex and DPD. You’ll receive email and text updates directly from them, including a delivery day and a two-hour time window.
Subscription deliveries use our standard delivery service and arrive within the timeframe shown on our website when each repeat order is placed.
Is there a limit to how many items I can include?
Is there a limit to how many items I can include?
No. There’s no limit. You can order little and often, or choose larger deliveries less frequently whatever suits your routine and your dog’s needs.
Can I change, remove or add items to my next delivery?

Yes. Just log into your account and select Manage Subscriptions. From there, you can update products, quantities and delivery dates whenever you need. You’re always in control.
Can I mix Country Pursuit ranges in one subscription?

You can. Your Country Pursuit subscription can include products from all the rages on our website, including our sister brand Nature's Harvest. Many owners like the flexibility to tailor meals as their dog’s needs change.
I have more than one subscription. Can I have them delivered together?
I have more than one subscription. Can I have them delivered together?
Yes. Subscription items will arrive together as one delivery if they share the same delivery address, billing address, payment method, subscription frequency and delivery date.
To line them up:
Log into your account and open the subscription you’d like to change
Select Manage Subscriptions
Click Next Charge Date and adjust it to match your other subscription
Make sure both subscriptions use the same delivery frequency
We just ask for four clear working days’ notice before dispatch to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Yes. If your dog doesn’t need a delivery just yet, you can skip it easily from your account. No fuss, no waste.

Log into your account and use the menu options to update your details.
On mobile, the layout looks slightly different, you’ll find subscription options under the Subscription tab at the top of your account page. Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to take effect.

Your next delivery date is clearly shown whenever you log into your account, so you always know what’s coming and when.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Log into your account and select Payment Methods. From there, you can update your default card quickly and securely.
Can I use discount codes alongside my subscription?

Yes. Alongside your 5% subscription saving and free delivery, you can also use valid discount codes.
Country Pursuit subscription customers also receive birthday treats, Christmas gifts, and the occasional surprise during the year, a small thank you for being part of the Country Pursuit community.
