CUSTOMER GUIDE TO YOUR ACCOUNT

ACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST TIME

If this is the first time you’re accessing your account, don’t worry, it’s easy to do using the link below:

1. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
2. Create your own unique and secure password.
3. Click on the button "CREATE".
4. You will then receive an automatic email from the website. Please click on "Activate Your Account" to finish setting up your new account.

USING YOUR ACCOUNT FACILITIES

When your account is up and running, you can use the normal login page and simply enter your email and password:

After logging in, you will first see an overview of your Account.

Click onto MY SUBSCRIPTION to view and manage your subscriptions. The next page will list all your Active and Inactive Subscriptions.

By clicking on VIEW DETAILS on one of your Subscriptions, you can then view past and scheduled orders, and make changes within that Subscription, including:

• Delivery Date (order now, skip order, reschedule)
• Frequency of Delivery
• Edit Products
• Add Discount Code
• Update Shipping Address
• Update Payment Details
• Pause or Cancel Subscription
